First time customer, I go in two days ago for a "re-growth" hair color. I had an expensive foil treated hair with six weeks re-growth. Stylist slathered color all over my head and when I looked up as asked what she was doing, she said it was too late to rinse and she could put a "cap" on to lighted it. I was apprehensive about allowing her to do anything additional and after she rinsed and blew dry my hair... it went from multi shaded auburn to brunette that looked like dyed cotton or like a very bad wig! I told her this! She offered again to lighted it, I refused. She rang up my total and charged me $65.00 and I left embarrassed! I felt like I had been hair-raped!
I would not recommend this salon to anyone! I feel it was an expensive lesson.
