They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. They are the most reliable salon I've ever been to. They always follow through and have never canceled any of my appointments. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff.
