This was seriously the WORST customer service I literally have ever experienced. After waiting for her to get off a personal phone call she drills me about my info so she can add me to their system. After asking about the "benefits" and hearing there are none for me when I only come for kids cuts (would never get a cut here myself), I decline. Ms. Attitude says "that's fine" as snotty as she can, so we sit down to wait. I then hear her telling another employee while pointing to the computer " this is them, but she refuses to be cooperative and provide any information so... " (throwing around her attitude like a pro and essentially talks bad about me in front of my face to someone else). At which point I got up and stated that there was no reason I needed to provide my personal information to get my child's hair cut and said we were leaving. She essentially told me to get the hell out after some more unprofessional digs. I left and will never return. I understand she is pregnant but I've been pregnant three times and never once became a raging B to a complete stranger.... and she is in a customer service job. What a joke. Not sure why they want your personal information so badly, but I'd be careful giving it to this company and beware of interacting with this place in general. Lots of other places in this small town... head anywhere else instead.
