Their office manager was extremely RUDE and disrepectfule and loud, I felt like I was going to go deaf. I was so shocked since the other people always professional and nice. HE HAD NO CUSTOMER SERVICE HE REFUSED TO TELL ME WHO OWNER WERE.. Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend them to my friends or family. Let me just say, I was pretty shocked that this business was in such a bad neighborhood. It's not what I was expecting . I need to purchase a couple of wigs. i asked to purchase a pack of stocking cap/ I was told it was a dollar .50 being a ( try on cap fee) . I asked could they just charge me extra for wig/ i really need to buy the packs for cap . since the other wigs would be going to a cancel hospital. He finally said ok . i agrred he coould just charge me extra. ( i wanted totry one too to take picture for patients) after telling me yes he said you know whatno he returned my money ans out of no where and said because i didnt want to do their company policy . ( ?????? he already told me he was charging for the try . i as ok with that. I asked for owner he said he was i asked his name he refused and told me good look finging that out. i toldhim i wanted to make a compalint he said good luck researching that. i cant believe this . i did not curse or anything.
