While I was there, I really didn't appreciate that they left me unattended for a long time. I didn't feel cared for at all.

Avoid going here at all cost. Terrible customer service. They are one of the cheapest hair braiding salons because they offer "free" hair, however, they are very rude, and rough with customers. They are all of African descent, but they refuse to say which country they are from and get upset if you ask them. They would only say that they are from West Africa, and refuse to reply to any other questions. The owner, "Ami" is constantly on the phone and you are left with a booming headache from her masculine voice. The salon is not very hygiene either, be sure to walk with your own hand sanitizer. They are Muslim so there are constant breaks for their prayers and their native language is French, so the TV is only on French stations. I called trying to find out how much my beauty treatment was going to cost, and they wouldn't even consider giving me a price over the phone. I didn't want to drive all the way over to find out what it was going to cost. Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. I've been going here for a very long time, and to this day they can't even remember my name. They make absolutely no effort to get to know their clients. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too.
