Called with extreme back pain and they worked me in the same day. I was very impressed with the friendliness of the staff and Dr. Thurston. Dr. Thurston spent quality time with me explaining the equipment, techniques and reasons for my back pain. This was the first time I have ever been to a chiropractor and I will definitely be a repeat patient. Beyond pleased.

They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. If you want someone to make you feel at home, this is the place! They are so friendly and welcoming.

Dr. Thurston is the absolute BEST..... First you walk into such a warm welcoming office- his staff makes you feel right at home and cares for you as if you were part of their family. You are then seen righ away by Dr. Thurston, he is always so happy to see his patients. And then you get adjusted..... He seems to have the magic touch! He makes all the pain go away. And then spends time to talk with you to let you know how to keep yourself feeling good!!! I walk out of there is such s GREAT mod because one I feel awesome and two because the doctor and staff's happy and positive attitude rubs off on you!!!
