They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary.
I am very particular but fair about customer service first, then the quality of service I receive for my health. Vision At Mission got straight A's across the top with my family. I'm receiving new reading glasses after my exam and was not pressed to get them but I could discern Dr. Koutoulas' advise that an upgrade would definitely go further than the progressive pair I have been using for 2 years, and at 1/4 the price what I paid with the same insurance. I'm a happy patient and customer.
