They never update their equipment. I was scared something was going to break. The waiting area here is rather cramped. People often have to stand as there is not enough chairs. They need to treat their staff with more respect. They weren't overly rude but they could have been a lot nicer. The one thing I didn't like about this place was that they took a personal call right in front of me during my appointment. It didn't seem to be urgent and they could have waited.
