Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. The office was easy enough to find. This place is very dirty inside and they do not take very good care of people living there. Personal items come up missing all the time and they cant even get the correct bedding to its owner how hard is that or is that just lazy and they dont care.

It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. There are times when I've been there, that I feel like they're favoring certain clients. It's not all the time, but I don't appreciate it when it happens. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. They didn't show any sort of attention to detail, which I think is very important. I was afraid they were going to miss or forget something important.
