They seemed to know what they were talking about most of the time, but I still wasn't very comfortable. I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment. They were running really behind and I was disappointed because it threw off the rest of my day. They weren't horribly inexperienced, but I was hoping for someone with more experience. I wasn't sure they'd be able to help me. They needed to pay a little more attention to detail, to make sure they didn't make any mistakes. I could tell their entire attention wasn't focused on me. The receptionist, Hilda Queen was extremely rude, not at hospitable much less friendly. The first impression for me is the best impression and the receptionist set the tone for the rest of my experience and it was not at all a good one. I think that if they had a more pleasant greeter that it may have been a more pleasant experience.

I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there.
