They left me alone in the appointment room for quite awhile. They probably could have used some continuing education courses to get up-to-date on more current methods. I was shocked when they dismissed my concerns as unimportant and told me I was just overreacting. I knew that my situation needed attention, and I couldn't believe that they wouldn't even look into it. If I compare them to others in their field, I wouldn't say they're the worst, but they're definitely not the best. One area of improvement that this business is in dire need of is revamping their building to make it more handicap-accessible. It seemed extremely out-of-date and a little unsafe as well.
