I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. They consistently dismiss my concerns and accuse me of making problems up. I don't trust them to ever actually look into my concerns and see if they're valid. I did not feel safe at all in their care. I definitely had doubts about their qualifications. They aren't known for being that good at what they do in my area, but they aren't known for being terrible either. They should probably work on improving their professional reputation. They definitely didn't have enough staff members on hand. It seemed like one person was trying to do everything, and I ended up waiting for a very long time.
