If someone has no other choice, I guess it will have to do. From reading the previous review, I would guess it is a computer generated marketing boost paid for by the nursing home.

Be ready to supervise the staff as an angry family member. Dad was not regularly bathed or shaved. His health declined rapidly.

Billing was slow and we received bills that should have been taken care of there months after moving my dad to another facility. He is still weak and bedridden but pleasant and CLEAN.
