Their facility was kind of gross. I was scared I was going to catch something just from being there. The entire staff was so rude and inconsiderate. I couldn't believe they would be so mean. They seemed stuck in the past. I was nervous about being exposed to archaic treatment methods. I was in shock when I saw how much foul language they used in front of their patients. I couldn't believe they could get away with being that unprofessional. Their staff is always answering their cell phones when they're supposed to be helping patients. It's so rude and unprofessional. The Head Nurse is the worst of all she is hateful to patients and talks on her cell phone in the halls and takes frequent smoke breaks. Very few who work here bother to answer call lights and have come into the room and turned off the call light and left. Please do not ever trust your loved one with them.
