The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They gave about the same level of care as others I have been to for the same problem. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here.
