They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. I currently have a family member residing there and from what I have seen they do an excellent job of taking care of them. I think everyone shold do their own homework but I am well satisfied.
