looks ok staff seemed nice , my mother has been there for a month , most of her clothes are missing she has someone else's teeth in her mouth. I keep buying new clothes but they keep end up missing . I have called complained to head of house keeping of the laundry staff nurses, administers and Fran the social worker, every time seems like the first time I am mentioning these problems. I just seem to keep getting the run around. every time I go see my mom she looks homeless, with non matching close that don't even be long to her. getting very frustrated, thinking of putting it in writing before filing a formal complaint again.

Nursing staff - exceptional

Director of Facility - doesn't understand customer service, nor does he understand what is going on in the facility. Trickle down inefficiencies beginning at this level. Lack of communication between departments.

Operator screens calls so that you cannot reach the department that you want.
