I wasn't greeted at all when I walked in the door. No one seemed to notice or care that I was there. It doesn't matter how many times I come here, they just cannot seem to remember my name and they make no effort to even try. I'd rather go to someone else who might actually appreciate my loyalty and business. The staff made it completely obvious that they didn't respect this provider. It made me uncomfortable and I wasn't sure if I wanted to return. My mother died there in 2002 and they stole all her jewelry showed no concern whatsoever. When i visited her there were people doing and selling drugs on the premises. Worst place ever!!!
