This facility has unprofessional staff. They are abusive and disrespectful to family members. They abuse their patients/residents. my love one is there and he found a bug in his food and that's when they started drugging him continuously. the administrator Bryan Livingston assaulted me when I confronted him about the HIPPA. They are drugging and holding my son Bernard Gatson Jr. in that facility against his will and the Probate court has a guardian ad litem name Damon Doucet who has been falsifying court documents and getting the judge Boliker to sign off on them to prevent my son from being discharged and being with his mother and her family. The dad Bernard Gatson Sr is behind the whole issue. My son is depressed and being handled by three staff daily so the nurse can shoot him up with psychotropic drugs so he won't be able to function in a normal capacity. He only met with the psychiatrist Arthur Bloch one time. Dr. Bloch refused to met with me his mother. I been requesting to meet with Dr. Bloch since the last week of June, 2016. I even ask the staff to arrange a meeting they refused to accommodate me and my son. I need someone who has authority regarding patients being forced to be in a facility that is doing more harm than good for them. My is put their by Judge Boliker, Damon Doucet guardian ad litem and Tracey Miller Social Worker friend of the guardian ad litem. Damon Doucet guardian ad litem went to judge Boliker and before the court of law and lied on me three times just to get an order to keep my son in bondage at Lake Park Center. He even verbal abused me and my son. I showed Judge Boliker the statements my son signed and she put the papers to the side. She never read neither paper. I contact Chief Judge Timothy Evans office and he send me a letter letting me know he doesn't get involved in his judges cases nor the guardian ad litem cases.
The guardian ad litem supervisor never responded to my voice mails about these issues. What kind of justice system do we have that constantly treat black Americans as animals. Please help get my son out of that facility before he become a vegetable and not functional. Since they been giving him a shot daily all he does is sleep. Please help me. This facility is no good for nobody. I am an advocate for abuse and neglect and this facility needs to close. I am not going to stop posting issues regarding my son until he is release from that facility in it's entirety. I am going to even involved the media until I get some results.
