If you care about your loved ones, please don't put them here, my mom who was seriously ill, was thrown in a back room alone, given insulin when the family specifically requested they not give it to her. Sunday night her sugar was 85, they gave her the insulin anyway and when my family arrived that morning she was unresponsive, she had to be rushed to the hospital, her sugar had dropped too low, she was soaking went, then they administered some medication that crystalized in the tube in her arm. My mom had been at this location before and at that time, they took much better care of her. I wouldn't put anybody here and I hope like hell you find a better facility than this one, I'm giving one star because the system wouldn't allow me to submit without at least one

Male Nurse violates Female patients right with cavity search against her will. when she stated she was uncomfortable with this he did it against her will. Put his hand in her private part. Parting her vaginal and rectal with his hand.Refusing to get a female nurse for her.Jackson Square . Any time a woman says no to any non -consensual sexual conduct it is sexual abuse.This patient has been neglect by staff and this nurse they are covering up for . and refused to give me the name of nurse and CNA who help cover this up. Police refuse to take a report.I called the state and reported this Abuse.

Yes! They took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.
