Horrible facility. Should be shut down. It's dirty, food is horrible, most nurses are inadequate, staff is not knowledable in helping you with care when you leave. I had bags of garbage piled up in my room and I was told they don't have cleaning staff on Sundays. I was told I couldn't shower because I wasn't on the schedule. Scary that people actually have their loved ones there. The rehab facility has all old equipment. I actually saw a woman sit there in her chair for over 30min and be neglected not even approached. If you have someone there, you maybto find a new home.

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was easy enough to find. The elderly are exercised twice per day, but lunch is not served until 1:00 p.m. or 1:30 p.m., sometimes the therapists try to pick up the patients in the afternoon when they have not had lunch yet. Lunch should be served between 12:00 and 12:30 according to their brochure. A lot of patients have their food brought from home becasue the patients do not like what they cook. They do not serve enough fruits or yogurt with fruits in it. The patient is paying for a lunch they do not eat because many of them have their relatives bring them food from home at 12 or 12:30 because is hard for them to wait. Eating is a big part of rehabilitation, and an 80 year old person is not going to benefit from exercising if the food they are consuming is not well balanced.
