This nursing home does not have enough staff to take correct care of the patients they have. Some of the patients are left alone in the kitchen after lunch or dinner. As a result my mother just fell out of her chair an is in the hospital at this time. They aren't taken to the restroom enough during the day. They are not offered water or liquid enough during the day, they are old people an need liquid. They may need an aide, but the aides walk down the hall most of the time when you see one not even looking in the direction of the patients to see if they may be in need of anything.. more staff workers are needed, but they say they have enough. When you try to get help for them to go to the bathroom you have to wait sometimes twenty to thirty minutes. Team work is not there. Commnication between the staff workers are not there. They need to come together an realize you cannot leave a patient alone for long periods of time. Also, the nurse and staff workers NEVER should go on their bread at the SAME time an outside of the building at that...I know they have to have lunch break an a break, but NOT ALL at the same time. Hope this gives someone an insight as to some ways this home could be run better.
