My mom hadnt passed away and been picked up by the furneral home 5 hrs and they packed her stuff up and moved someone into her room. The facility didn't even call to inform me, I walked in and someone else was in her bed. Heartless
for seven years my adult son has been a resident of this facility. Being 100% blind with traumatic brain injury, he has received excellent care, both personally and professionally...until Consulate took over. What has followed has been a dramatic change for the worse. A litany of administrators have been like a revolving door, staff consideration has dwindled to the point that staff is now displaying the same lack of concern. There is little continuity and the observation of my son's conditions have declined to the point of no follow up. the one bright point has been the addition of Mr. Roy Hinton as the Activities Director. This has been the only positive change.
