The only thing wrong with my mother when we put her in the nursing home was that she had stopped eating and was taking too many pain pills. The care plan was for her to get her medicine right and to start eating again period for the first month and a half things were going great she was eating right and had gained 20 pounds and was cut way down on her pain medicine. Then one day I came in to see her and they had turned her into a zombie. She had fell down and hurt her wrist. Since then they have continued to give her antipsychotic drugs and she has fell down 9 times and has a broken hip broken shoulder broken elbow broken arm and numerous bruises. She is also been hospitalized numerous times warrants for dehydration and she almost died wants for are urinary tract infection that was left untreated and turned into sepsis and almost died again. She has only been in there 6 months and they have turned her into an invalid her arms are all constricted from dystonia that is a side effect of Zyprexa. I have begged them to take her off 4 months with no results. I am now banned from the nursing home and can't even call down there and check on my mother. I truly believe that Satan himself is running this place

I believe that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to only offer one solution and if I didn't like it, it would be up to me to find another solution. It was very easy to get an appointment. They got me in quickly every time. They definitely believe in quality and caring here and it is much appreciated. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered.
