I researched many care facilities and was always unhappy until I found Good Shepherd Care Facility in Versailles. Their primary concern is the safety and comfort of my mother, and they always take the time to address every concern we have immediately. Their customer service is the best I've seen. Residents come first here. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. I know I can always count on them to care for her. My mother has never been happier. The staff are selected based on technical skill of course, but also must be selected on their ability to show compassion and love. If I could give them 10 stars I would. That is how pleased with are with them.
