The one thing I couldn't believe during my appointment was that they took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here.
