I have on hands experience dealing with convalescent homes/hospitals from family members and will say this place is excellent. From day one my wife and I were impressed. Management set up a meeting within 2 days of placement and went over what they do for care and all medical needs. All the staff is polite and helpful. My uncle asked if Kaiser covered foot massage, he had circulation issues in his feet and the head nurse said that she would massage his feet later that evening, he was delighted. Things like that mean alot; personal touch counts here. Best of all the place does not stink like others places that we encountered over the years.
