They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. I left with no question unanswered. They were so thorough with their answers and really went above and beyond to ensure I had a great understanding of their nursing home. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation.
