If I compare them to others in their field, I wouldn't say they're the worst, but they're definitely not the best. Almost every time I visit, I have to remind them who I am, why I'm there, and what my circumstances are. They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there. The one thing I didn't like about this place was that they took a personal call right in front of me during my appointment. It didn't seem to be urgent and they could have waited.
