They took a call right in front of me during an interview. This business is in a bad neighborhood. It's not what I was expecting when I made the appointment but hoped it was well protected since it is part of the diocese. Have never seen security in the business. They weren't horribly inexperienced, but I was hoping for someone with more experience. I wasn't sure they'd be able to help me and they are very slow to respond if at all. They consistently dismiss my concerns and accuse me of making problems up. I don't trust them to ever actually look into my concerns and see if they're valid. This business is fairly handicap-accessible. This business promises much but delivers little. I feel sorry for the patients who are stuck in this situation.
