This Facility was once again fined for not being in compliance and could be sanctioned. The Department of Aging and Disablity visited the facility and found that the facility was not in complaince. Is this were you'd want to place your loved one's? I THINK NOT!!!!

Before placing a loved on in this facility,I want to make you aware of,:

1. The Facility is under-staffed.
2. Your loved on will dont receive their medication on time and sometimes
not at all.
3. The Facilities Food isn't always safe to serve to the residences.
4. Your loved on may not get their shower, could take up to a week.
5. Your loved will not get turned or re-positioned every 2 hours as stated.
6. This Facility is not handicapped accessable. (Wheelchairs don't fit thru
bathroom doors. Four resident's share one toliet area.
7. There are Employee's there that come to work on drugs and steal from the
residence's.
8. The Administrator is a smooth talking moron that doesn't care nor wants
to know what goes on at the different nursing stations.

THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU PLACE YOUR LOVED ONE HERE.

Yes, they were over an hour late for my appointment
Did this provider show attention to detail?
Definitely not. They were unaware of my situation, even though they had my information
Were the staff members able to answer your questions?
Every time I asked the staff a question, they referred me to someone else
Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office?
Definitely, it was nauseating
Was this provider sympathetic to your situation?
Not at all. It was obvious they didn't care about me
