They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. It was pretty hard to find the building, but I eventually found it. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. There was only 1 staff member who tried to help my brother and treated him like a person, she was a speech therapist named Adrieane. we went to visit 1 time and he had a mitt on the only hand he could move, it had feces on it and he had wiped his face with it and had feces on his face. when they found out we were trying to move him closer to home his care went down hill fast and they didnt try to help us with the process; i guess they didnt want to lose the money. I would not recommend this place to anyone who doesnt live close enough to go there every day and spend hours to take care of your loved one.
