Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is very good. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long, in fact I was able to get an after hour appointment. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice, Christie especially is very courteous.. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. They were very happy to see me every time I visited. Because they were refurbishing my dad was moved quite a bit, the pictures that were on his walls stayed in his former rooms. I chose to leave the pictures to bless the patients who would follow. I do not recommend putting up personal photos on the walls.
