Been there many times and really no problems, until the last 2 times. One being this afternoon,5/31/2019. Went to the emergency room because my wife was bleeding form the rectum and her BP was dropping, and she fainted at home, lips pale. I Had someone come out with a wheel chair. I told him what was happening. Went to park the care which took a little longer. Going into ER. looked in triage did not see her, they put her by the doors while three or four of them ate their lunch. She was flown out of there 3 times. The only hospital to save her life was univ. Cincinnati. She Would not stay.We went home. That nurse should be working in a mortuary, she' s better suited. She has a long record of problems like that. Ended up with half a colon, but lived. Now here we go again. The nurse we had before and was very rude. The wife heard her say " she always comes here in a wheelchair she'll be fine. Where are we now ? Home, waiting to see if she will be alright tomorrow to see where we are going. Other closest Hosp. is I hr. She doesn't seem to getting worse. If so it's back to the chamber of horrors. There is a lot more to tell but I think I'll stop here.

They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. This provider has so much helpful information available online. They have an impressive website that's easy to use, with forms that you can fill out before your appointment. They also have a great online presence in multiple directories. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. They could work on improving their level of customer service here. It wasn't the worst that I have seen, but overall I left unimpressed.
