It was very clear that they didn't take pride in their office's appearance. In fact, the office was disgusting. They didn't show any sort of attention to detail, which I think is very important. I was afraid they were going to miss or forget something important. One area of improvement that this business is in dire need of is revamping their building to make it more handicap-accessible. It seemed extremely out-of-date and a little unsafe as well. Every time I come here I feel so unwelcome as soon as I enter the door. They can never seem to remember my name when I first arrive and always forget it throughout my appointment. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone.
