Terrible customer service! They were rude and very sarcastic. The did not follow through with what they previously told us. I understand they are a business, and from our experience they are there for the money not for patient care and satisfaction. Very disappointed!

I had a wonderful experience at Dr Hall's office. Everyone was very professional and friendly. Dr. Hall explained everything to me and I could tell that she is a very skilled dentist and enjoys her work a lot. The staff seemed to interact well with each other.
I feel confident that I am in good hands and receiving the best of care at Dr. Hall's Office. I would be very happy to refer people to the office. Thanks for a job well done!
