Went here twice. I went to Dr. Singh because of the good reviews I saw online and because that office was recommended by my general practitioner.

I went here because I thought I had a UTI. My first visit wasn't very good but I thought maybe Dr. Singh wasn't having a good day. He didn't seem interested in what my issue was. He probably asked me 5 questions. The most outrageous part of the appointment is when he took a personal call during our appointment!!! He had his cell phone on and was clearly talking with someone about something unrelated to work. He didn't apologize or offer an explanation. Besides the few questions he asked, he didn't do any kind of examination. I'm not sure if this is common (does a urologist need to feel your bladder or kidneys)? I was told to come back in a few weeks and against my better judgment I did.

I went back in a few weeks to find out what I already knew - I didn't have a UTI. I felt like I was pulling teeth to find out what might be wrong with me. Bladder issues? Kidney problems? I had to ask a lot of questions because it was clear that the information wasn't forthcoming. I don't know what if his style is just to be quiet or if he is not a fan of patient questions. I got the sense he couldn't be bothered. He told me to come back in a month which I knew I wasn't going to. Apparently despite being miserable health wise I was supposed to wait a month to ask the same questions about what might be wrong with me.

I would have given him a half star, but I added a star for the very friendly staff! They were always more than pleasant.
