They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left.
