They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. Most of the time, they don't call me back for quite a while, but they've called me back quickly once or twice. Sometimes, I have to persuade them that I have an important concern that needs their attention. There have been times that they've paid attention to my concerns, but not many. Every time I had a concern, or if I called to ask a question, the staff made me feel like I shouldn't have called. They weren't helpful at all.
