Dr. Martens offers empathetic and concerned care. She never rushes the visit, nor does she interrupt when one is trying to describe symptoms or express concerns; she listens well and doesn't jump to conclusions. Dr. Martens is willing to refer patients to specialists when required and her staff nurse is organized about making the follow-up appointments and specialist consultations for you. She never indulges in the "all-knowing doctor" routine, offers to do more research when appropriate and then follows up with additional information. You'll be in good hands with Dr. Martens.
