WHAT IS GERIATRIC CONSULTATION? A consultation is a careful evaluation of a person’s health problems. This usually involves one or two visits. Visits occur in the person’s home or at affiliated organizations. “Home” can be a private home or apartment, but may also be other locations, such as an assisted living center or nursing facility.

ADVICE Part of the process is to listen carefully to your concerns and guide you in making decisions. You will also have access to a comprehensive report and recommendations.
