I had a chocking, coughing problem eating and drinking. Was asperating food and liquid into lungs. Had been to another ENT who saw no problems. Within five minutes Dr. Weaver saw the problem, a lump in the middle of the tongue which diverted some food and liquid into the lungs. Fixed this problem with a midline glossectomy, removing the lump from tongue. Surgery was performed one evening, went home the next day and problem has been corrected.
