It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart.

They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. I was explained every possible side effect before being prescribed medication, and was fully informed about both the positive and negative outcomes, and the risks of procedures. They were extremely informative. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them.
