I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I wasn't pressured at all to use any particular medications or birth controls. They answered all my questions and gave me their honest opinion on what would work for me and what wouldn't. I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.
