I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when she told me about what she learned at the latest conference she attended, and how she was incorporating that knowledge into the practice. Not only did she never postpone my appointment, she always tried to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. She seemed really knowledgeable and were able to answer all my questions in-depth. I understood all my options fully and she really took the time to make sure my questions were answered. She always had an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. She would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. I had a very dificult pregnancy and many people around me wanted me to end the pregnancy. I wanted to do everything I could to save the baby and Dr. Oconnell completely supported my decision. She stayed right on top of the various issues throughout the pregnancy and I delivered a healthy baby. She stood by me with a very dificult pregnancy and I strongly believe that my son is here because of her dedication to my pregnancy and to my baby. She is a very intelligent and caring doctor.
