Dr. Reid strikes me as a very wise, kind and caring man. He really listens and is very thorough with medication management. He always listens carefully to whatever I have to say. He naturally advocates for me and always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. He always listens to every question or concern I may have (and sometimes I have a lot!). His office staff have very good customer service. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. But I go here for Dr. Reid. I've been seeing him for about three years now, and he's been consistently excellent. I would recommend him in a heartbeat.
