This is a strange review process. They emphasize the courtesy of the staff and the price of the treatment over the excellence of the outcome and the doctor. Dr. Carter's staff is professional and courteous. But the real important information is that Dr. Carter is one of the best in his field in the country and MY outcome has been nothing less than miraculous. Dr. Carter replaced BOTH of my hips in one surgery and after 2 months I am able to walk 5 miles comfortably and do anything I feel like. I have virtually no restrictions and NO pain. I would recommend his (and do ) to everyone!
