Excellent surgeon although the jury's still out on my lumbar problems. Have had 3 surgeries with Dr. Lane. Never has enough time for patients. He is always more than an hour late. His office staff is basically rude, nasty and unresponsive to late situations. My office is 7 minutes from the Fair Oaks office. I am due in to work at 10 AM. My 2nd post-op appointment was at 7:50 AM. I was on time to appointment. I was late to work by over 20 minutes. Office manager was supposed to call & discuss this problem and never did. I still have unanswered questions about my 3rd cervical fusion (he's done the last two + a spinal fusion) but I never get enough time to ask them. Be prepared to always wait more than an hour for him. Be prepared to need to take the whole day off from work.
