I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I travel over an hour to get there but wouldn't go anywhere else.

They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer.

Yes, they seemed very knowledgeable
Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office?
Absolutely not! I was seen right away!
Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call?
No, they are really great about answering the phone right away
