Haven't used this particular doctor. Always a hassle trying to get refills or an appointment. When you get a hold of the doctors nurse they are very rude over the phone. Handicap accessible but very hard to get through office. Feel like an inconvenience every time. Always feels like its the first visit having to reexplain myself. Have used Winchester Neurological Consultants for years never feel welcome.

He will not percribe pain meds.He treats every patient as a addict.He yelled at me 3 times,for trying to talk to him.(only speak when spoking to)i guess.The staff was very nice.Even offered me a different doctor there,but at this point i would probaly just fell like they think badly of me.so,im off to dr fergus,he is in another office.wish me luck.For the record,i never wanted pain meds in the first place.
